THEIR IDEA. THEIR VERY OWN FABLE.
Every little story
starts with them.
A familiar face. A favourite friend. A little “what if.” Explore how those first sparks could become a book that belongs to them.

Who’s coming along?
A child, a favourite toy or stuffy, or both. Each can be the heart of the story.

The little details come too.
The curls, the freckles, the familiar smile. A photo will guide a recognizable illustrated character throughout the story.
When photo creation is ready:
A clear photo of your child. No toy photo needed.
A few things you might be wondering.
How is this different from adding their name?
The full experience will use photos to create recognizable illustrated characters, then carry those characters through scenes that match the story. The free samples available today change a first name in the text and use existing illustrations.
Can a stuffy be the main character?
Yes. A toy or stuffy can be the main character all on its own. You’ll only need a photo of that toy or stuffy; a photo of your child is optional. You can also choose a child-only story or an adventure starring both.
Do we have to invent a story?
No. You’ll be able to choose an existing adventure from the collection or use guided choices to create an original one. Both paths are part of the vision for personalized illustrated books.
Can a fairy tale be a comic book?
That’s the idea: the format is how the story is told, and the genre is the kind of adventure. A fairy tale could become a picture book, a comic or a chapter book. Our current collection offers selected format samples; adapting any story to any format is part of the planned creation experience.
What can we try right now?
Try the guided story demonstration, or browse the collection, enter a name (both names for a shared adventure), and open a free three-page sample with moving illustrations and turning pages. You can save that preview to the bookshelf in this browser. Photo uploads, generated books and purchases are still to come.
Until then, a little taste of the magic.
